REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Every CAvalanche product is handcrafted with love, care and detail to ensure quality. Regrettably, once you've placed an order with us, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order. We are also unable to offer returns and refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are unable to return and request for refunds.
However, if you received an incorrect order or defective product, kindly get in touch with us at avalancheresin.2021@gmail.com or our social media platforms with more details for the further process and investigation.
Please take note that we will not accept anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
All original packaging must be attached. Sale and discounted item(s) cannot be returned unless the item(s) were delivered faulty. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.
Your returned products will be received and performed inspection. We will either exchange similar products or refund you to your original payment method (i.e. Online Banking or Touch N Go), if incurred a handling & processing fee, it will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
Kindly follow the following steps to submit your request for refund or returns if the item you received is defective or wrong item being delivered to you:
STEP 1: Within 48 hours of delivery, you must notify us in writing that your product contains a manufacturing defect, which notice must contain your order ID, defective product/section picture to avalancheresin.2021@gmail.com.
STEP 2: Upon being notified by us that you are eligible to return your product for exchange or refund, bring your item to the nearest post office and fill in our address in the consignment note.
STEP 3: Upon received, we will take at least 2-3 working days to perform inspection, prior to preparation of exchange item or refund to your original payment method. In the meantime, please do patiently wait for us to process.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We quality check each and every one of our product by hand before shipping or delivering it to you, because we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, should any of our products contain any manufacturing defects, you may request for exchange or refund your purchase.
In the event that you have received a wrong or defective item, please email us at avalancheresin.2021@gmail.com with an image of the area-of-concern and relevant order number input as the subject title. However, please note that we are only able to process such exchange requests within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently.
Upon verified of the image attached, you will be informed if the item is eligible for return or refund. Once the product has been returned, we will inspect the product. If the defective product contains a manufacturing defect, you have the option of a refund or exchange for a similar product. Defective goods / manufacturing defect does not include wear and tear, damage due to incorrect use, damage caused after shipping our products to you.
Each and every piece of our products are handmade. By its nature, each product will be different. You accordingly accept that the picture shown on the website (https://cavalancheresin2021.wixsite.com/cavalanche) will not necessarily be a picture of the product you receive insofar as the product will have inter alia different textures, differ slightly in shape/ size, colour, have different colour linings and different markings. In which, reasons as mentioned will not be accepted.
In the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, we are only able to offer a replacement item of similar design that is with equal or lesser value or refund of payment to your original payment method (i.e. Online Banking, Touch & Go). If your original payment method paid handling & processing fee, it will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
