When you are ready to place order with us,
Step 1: Remember the SKU code (as shown in image below)
Step 2: Open our Order Form that comes in Google Form and fill up the details.
After you complete the form and submit, we will update you with the order confirmation and biling information when the order is confirmed.
We accept Online Banking FPX & E-Wallet (Touch N Go) only. No Cash on delivery.
Billing information will be provided when your order is confirmed and acknoweldged by us.
*Please make payment within 24 hours to secure your order, if fail to do so, will be subjected to cancellation.
After you have made payment, screenshot of proof of payment and submit to the Proof of Payment Google Form with relevant information required.
Shipping rate varies with destination based on our shipping policy & will be reflected in the total payable amount.

Place orders through our Google Form & enter the promo code into “Promo Code” field at the end of the form. Please note that every promo code does not apply to postage costs.
You will be informed if the promo code enter is not valid before payment as some of the promo code may only valid under certain circumstances, so make sure to read the Terms & Conditions applied.

Yes, we do! However, we will only accept the order that have sufficient notice period for us to produce as all of our resin pieces are handmade. If you would like to purchase our products at bulk prices, please drop us an email at

We could assist, if and only if you contact us within an hour after placing the order, it may be possible to amend your order.
However, if your require adding another item to your order, we suggest placing a separate order and then informing us the new Order Number, so we can match up your orders upon your request to the same shipping address.
Yes, you will be given the opportunity to create a personalized message (not more than 100 characters).
Just request and type your message in the "Message to Seller" section in our Order Form.
A simple small message card will be attached along with your order. The package will not have any other additional form identifying you as the giver. Thus, we encourage you to at least enter your name on the gift message.
Yes! You could PM us at Facebook or DM us at Instagram on the items you are interested in (preferably with link or SKU number) and we will get back to you with the availability, as all of our products are handcrafted which will only have one and only piece available. Upon confirmation, you will have to fill up our Order Form and make payment through Touch N Go or online banking method. After verifying the payment, we will process your order and your items will be ready for shipping.
